Stealth ES Tail/Dash light failure?

WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED TO MY CAR?

I get in, turn it on, turn on the lights, and the dash lights, come on, turn off, and that's the end of it. I also noticed later that the tail lights aren't on either!

Other information-
I checked the fuses (both places under the hood and the primary fuse-box in the car. All fuses are in good working order.

The headlights still pop up and work, the brights work, the reverse lights, interior lights, dome lights, and BRAKE lights work, but the Dash and Tail lights are a no go....Is this my wiring? or something else more easily and cheaply fixed?

Ok, I don't know how I missed it, but it was the taillight fuse in the secondary fuse box. *sigh*
boy did I feel stupid when dad pulled it out and showed it too me. "
It was one of those "stare open-mouthed and stutter, "but...but..." moments.
