Head
22-Re, high km. After i tipped it there was some oil residue on the head, i recently clean the engine off really thoroughly and the oil has come back. It all over the head, and down some part of the block. Could this just be the head gasket or the seals around the bolts? And if its is the gasket, is a 1988 22RE overhead cam?

Usually after you flop the truck the oil problem goes away, assuming you haven't broken/damaged anything.
And yes the 22R series engines are OHC.
