Fuel Lines

Hello. Does anyone know how to get the red and green clips off on the fuel lines connecting to the fuel filter? I am changing the fuel filter and cannot get it off.
Thanks in advance.

I bought a kit of fuel line release tools (it came with several sizes) from Autozone. All they are is a plastic piece the clips around the line and slides up into the connector to release the spring. They aren't expensive but sometimes difficult to get it in tight. Less than $20
