Front end squeaking!! 99 Venture

Our 99 Venture has the same squeaky issue up front as what I have read from others. Turn left, you don't hear it. Turn right, and terrible squeaking! Sounds just like a rusty old tricycle! We had this issue less than a year ago (around 98,000), and my husband installed new half-shafts, new struts, springs, and bearing on both sides. Noticed an engine mount was cracked, so replaced that, too. Finally, replaced the front tires because they were worn. All the squeaks were gone! Here we are, 9 months later, and the SQUEAK CAME BACK!!! My husband is looking for a loaded strut/coil assembly, but we can't find any. Has to do with our van having the load-leveling option. We use our trailer occasionally, and the squeak seems to get worse following that. Any suggestions????

My 99 Venture squeaked because of the front sway bar bushings. I coated the inside of the bushings with anti-seize and that took care of the squeaking.
