rotors
I have an 07 Impala with 3200 miles and had major vibration when breaking on gades. After taking the vehicle in, I received a call telling me they turned down all 4 rotors. After complaining to the dealership and contacting GM customer service they would not replace the rotors. Did anyone ever hear of such arrogance from a manufacturer. I made it clear this this fix was not acceptable and I wanted new rotors and who else I could talk to and they said the better business bureau

Re: rotors
Rotors usually won't warp unless you're abusively hard on the brakes, constantly - or if you replaced your wheels and didn't properly torque the bolts. In either case, it's generally a consumer-level problem. Be glad they turned them! I suspect GM may be right in this case.
