can i turn off the smart key ship and open the car without problem

i have a problem with my computer and my key, the car computer mostly says that the key is not plug in ,when i plug it to start the car,
its mean that the computer is not detecting the ship on the key or bad reading from the computer, its not the first time its happened to me,
I'm asking how to ignore this checking (from the computer) or i dion't wona this security option i wonna delete it. -is there is a way that the computer see always that the key is plugged in-
