91 Lumina Stalls when hot

I just purchased this 91 lumina with 142k mi. It starts and runs great, but after getting off the highway, it didn't want to idle. Seems to be an issue only when the car is fully warmed up. It has had the "bouncing idle" at times when cold. Could be related?

Pull trouble codes. Clean throttle plate and IAC motor.
