1998 Express/Cargo Big Block Engine Swap

I have a 98 Chevy Express with the 7.4L engine. It has 220,000 miles and a bad rod bearing. I could replace the rod bearing, but I was looking into doing an engine swap. I was wondering if its possible to swap the 7.4 Vortec with a 2001 or newer 8100 Vortec with this application. I've been doing research and couldn't find anyone who has done this. I found a complete 8.1 with all wiring and computer.
