Passenger Side Mirror Not Working

We just bought our son a 95 Tahoe for a first car. I was driving it today and noticed that the passenger side-arm mirror is not working. I mean it wont adjust--at all. The Driver's side works fine. (This is the same Tahoe whose dome light will not come on unless you hit the unlock button on the remote entry.)
Should I fear electrical gremlins or is there a simple diagnosis for the mirror--I mean does each side of the mirrors have their own fuses or? The mirror seems to be at an odd angle--I don't know why I didn't notice this before we bought the car!
Any ideas?

Re: Passenger Side Mirror Not Working

Wires could have come disconnected. If someone pushed on the mirror the motor could be bad.
