how can I pull out my car radio?

hi, guys, I just bought a second hand peugeot 206, but the radio was locked up and I don't have the code to put in. people told me I need to know the model and serial no. of the radio. so , how can I pull out the radio? the pic is showed below. I put 2 long wires in the that 2 holes but nothing happened.... so, could anyone please tell me how to do that? cheers
