sorta rev limiter

Okay, it's weird, just noticed today....

3spd, 2.2... <-- incase you didn't know...

I'll be in like 2nd and going up a hill, if I really give it gas to get to 4000 the car seems to have trouble getting past it, kind of up to 4 and down then up and down back and forth it's real annoying. I tried it on a straight stretch and it does the same thing but it only does it like for a second before it pushes through 4000. I'm not sure what the hill has to do with it. at first I thought it was getting stuck trying to go into PE, then I realized that pe kicks in @ 3,000. I know that because when we were tuning he asked me if I wanted to lower it to like 2800 and I said nah just keep it. It's really pissing me off because I have a super loud exhaust now and if I can notice it, I know other people can .

Also, not sure if this has anything to do with it or not, but I think I might have like 1 degree of knock because I could hear it in the engine today. I was a quart low on oil though.... sometimes I hate my car.

Opinions?
