No Back Up Lights
My 1999 Saturn suddenly lost the back up lights. I checked the fuse.....and it was OK.....changed it anyway. I checked both bulbs and they are OK. I know the fuse controls the back up lights and the Coolant Level Indicator. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing the problem? It is funny because I just had my car into the dealer last week for oil change, Inspection....and everything was fine then. I know my back up lights worked because I checked them before I went in for the inspection. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Robin

Re: No Back Up Lights
It may be just dirty and be getting a bad connection sometimes you can take the switch out and clean it up with some brake cleans, I have done that before and that has worked.

Re: No Back Up Lights
Is there a diagram somewhere that can show me where the back up switch is?
Thank you for all of your advice. |
