another keyless remote problem.

I tried to programme a second keyless remote on my 1996 buick roadmaster sedan now only the door locks work ,before with my existing remote all the locks worked. can anyone help me withthis problem.

Hi there, I know itīs a rather old thread but I just joined and I have a comment.
Is it possible that Your reprogramming set the keyless entry to work as mine (1995 RM)? I have to press "unlock" twice to unlock all doors/trunk otherwise only driver door unlocks. I believe itīs a programmable option but i donīt know how.
Hope it helps (if You havenīt fixed it by Yurself already! )

Thanks for the info. In the future if you have new info, you can start a new thread and link to the old one , instead of resurrecting an old thread.
