Does Hobby Search have good customer service?

I just got Ferrari 360 kit from Hobby Search

and the box was pressed while it was on the way to my home...

Just asking if they will swap the kit for me.....

they have fantastic customer service, but in this case, it isn't their fault.

I agree, they have excellent customer service but they're not at fault here.

Is the model damaged?
