Paint, what kind?
so.. ive been looking at paint for automotive uses.. noticed a bunch, that tend to stand out:
'dupli-color' - its super cheap, no mixing required, and ..well, its cheap. and available 'du-pont' - its sorta expensive, like ~5x maybe a little more than dupli color, but its good (i used it once..?) this is gonna be for a paint job on my neon (yes, the neon..) and i just need one that'll tide me over.. till the next paint job. its a daily beater, and i dont really care so much about it..except that it has all this weird shit all over it & the clear coat is peeling. anyone ever used any paint? any suggestions? i DO have a HVLP paint gun..which im going to use. i have SOME experience with painting, namely the 'snap-dry dupont' paint.. and i do plan on clear-coating it, unless someone objects ![]() suggestions?questions?comments?1
