I think your talking about orange-peel, if it's real bad, sand with say 1500 or more grit, then use some tamiya compound, then wax it with tamiya compound, I guess you don't really need to use Tamiya brand, but they work best from what I hear!

You can also do a search on "polish" or what not, I guarentee you someone had the same question as you, by the way, which ae86 do you have?

And WELCOME TO AF!!

*edit* haha, we do have a polish section in the FAQ, I didn't notice that, haha!
*edit2* Whoa, I just went through some of the FAQ, did you know there are guidlines?? I know of course there were rules, but never read them, well if I offended any of you, sorry......

Novus #2 :ylsuper :ylsuper :ylsuper
I found mine in a plastic retailer shop (Tap Plastics in California).

Now I polish in this order:
- Tamiya Polishing Compound
- Novus #2
- Tamiya waxx

Btw, Novus #1 is great to dust off your model. It eliminates static that attracts dusts and other nasty stuff.

First of all, welcome!!!
I use tamiya compound as well, it's basically just a polishing liquid design especially for tamiya paints. Since you're using automotive paints, I guess using automotive polishing compound wouldn't hurt it.

and, AE86, hehehe my favourite car! hehehe~ excuse me while I go nutz :alien: :silly2: :flash: :bonghitte  :hehehe: :help: :coolguy:

Alright, I'm ok~ haha
Welcome to AF
