rear motor mount

the rear motor mount bolt that connects to the tranny ripped out the small piece of tranny that it uses to mount to. any advive?

See if you can find some place to weld it, you may have to remove the tranny from the car though. Other than that find another tranny and correct whatever problem caused the first one to rip out.

trying to weld it. if that doesn't work, i'm gonna just get the half shell of the tranny. if it comes down to getting a new tranny, any suggestions on good high performance parts for '91 SR20DE trannies.(front-wheel drive)

ummm beyond an lsd/clutch/flywheel, all you can really do is have the gears and synchros hardened in one of the many ways you can harden metal.
