Radio / huming noise question 99 GT

Hello, i have the basic model of the 99 Grand prix gt, i was wondering if i swap out my radio for an after market radio if ill lose any options? don't have volume control in the steering wheel or anything special, just the heads display above radio (trac on/off, doors open, etc.) Also since i got the car it's been making a humming noise whenever im taking right hand curves, not in sharp turns just steady right hand turns, if i let off the turn for a second it stops, but then it goes again. You never hear it driving straight or taking left hand turns.

Thanks for your time!

you will not lose any options if your console is the same as my 98 the only wires near it are for your AC control. when you change it make sure you install the ground first and the power wires last

No you will definitely not loose any thing. It sounds like the bearing in the right hub assembly is going bad, You will need to replace the right side hub assembly.
