weird electrical problems

weird problems: okay let me tell you the stuff that go wrong

1) light flickers, doenst turn off but just gets dim/bright/dim..etc (not the alternator, belts good, car starts in one crank)

2) wiper goes ON spontaneously..WHEN: im using the A/C or the LIGHTS or both., its as tho something happens when i use a lot of electrical power

3) TACH does the same thing as wiper, except it just goes to 0 instead of going on/off.. as tho somethings shorting it out.. cuz when im running the car w.o lights, turn it on... the tach needle powers down to 0, not just falls

anyone have any ideas? i am soo lost, im pretty sure its a short somewhere but im not sure.

ive never popped any fuses... or tripped any breakers..
