1986 RS Camaro

I have a problem? Please Someone help me before i take a baseball bat to the car, and then have to fix whatever i destroy.
First, here's the problem, Passenger Side Spark Plugs are covered in sut and no will not run which i think is the battery. but anyways, we checked the converter and changed it, and it ran better when running, but then it just quit again, causing the converter to be red when looked at like the old one, so we checked the computer thinking it was messed up, changed it still nothing, so we checked the vacuums, all good, compression was good, gas pressure was fine.
I think it's a O2 Sensor, or maybe the EGR Valve, but am unsure. Please help

I know how you feel, Do you have a jack to raise the car, or one of those mechanical things that raise the whole car? To me i always raise the back end and put a cinderblock under the tire that way i can get under there easier.
Maybe that'll help you a little bit, or maybe you've already did this. Well just thinking in terms to help is all.'
