93 blazer 4 door back door speakers

i have a quick question. How do i remoce the back door panels to get to the speakers all the way i removed the bottom part but cant get the top part loose and dont want to break anything. and the speakers seem to be fastened with weird bolts with a round face on them so they cant be removed. Gm must have had they head up there ass
