Cost of repainting a panel

I have a 97 Ford Escort. Last Friday I hit a deer, this smashed my fender, broke my headlight, and broke the header panel. I went to the junkyard and got all the replacement parts. The problem is the fender is dark green and my car is sliver. Since I am busy at work this week my dad went to some local body shops for me and asked how much it would cost to paint the fender. One shop wanted to see the car first and another said $200 to paint the fender and $350 if I wanted it blended it in to the surrounding panels. Is it just me or does that sound excessive? There is also some rust were the fender bolts to the rocker panel that I had just fixed before the accident. I know that I fixed it incorrectly and I have a feeling they would also want to redo what I did before they blend it in which will probably make it cost more. They also said that CC sliver (what my car is) is one of the hardest colors to match. I don't want the paint to match horribly but it doesn't need to be perfect either. I haven't put the parts on yet but I know the header panel won't fit until put the new fender on because the mount for it on the old one is bent. I would rather put the parts on myself but the fender has to be ready first.
So, what should I do?
Is that price high?
I will shop around more but I want an idea of what to expect.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Cost of repainting a panel

Gee, thanks for the help guys! I found a guy who did it for $78. It isn't perfect but good for the price. If I had paid $200 I would have been disappointed but for $78 it was worth it.

Re: Cost of repainting a panel

talk about a lack of responses!! It happens. $78 seems very resonable. Also, I don't think that $200 seems extremely outrageous. I wanted to have my front bumper repainted so I took it to a well-known repair shop in my area and the estimate was just shy of $500!!! Needless to say my bumper is still in need of paint.
