shift knob removal

does anyone know how to remove the shift knob for a manual transmission 2001 saturn sc1? if you could tell me that would be appreciated.

its interferance fit, just pull up, hard. in the back seat for best leverage.

Yes, just pull up hard, and wear a helmet. I busted myself in the head trying to take off the shift knob, and it hurt like a B!TCH.
