91 Towncar keyless entry install...

Does anyone here know how to install a keyless entry for a 91 Towncar? I have a Valet 552T keyless entry/start unit and i want to hook it up. I dont wanna mess with the remote start, i can do without that, but how hard would it be to install keyless trunk as well?

Your car has reversing polarity locks, This means that you need to build a relay pack or buy a 451M. The trunk can be hooked up to an aux channle via relay. Reversing polarity locks are a little tricky as you need to know what side of the wire runs to the switch and actuator. If you don't know what you are doing things can go wrong really easy.

Can you explain this in a little more detail please? lol, im sorry, but iv never done much with electronics in cars other than installing car audio....which is much different than this...

But anyway, how much would a 451M cost? And do you know where i could find the actuator? Whatever that is....

I found under my passenger dash a big box that wires go into and it says nice and big on it "DOOR LOCKS" And obviously when i unhook it the doors wont lock. So what is this thing? Is it what im looking for?
