Blown Engine in '99
You know the old saying, "no good deed goes unpunished"? Well, i sold , or rather was selling, my intrepid to a buddy of mine, long story short, he ran it out of water and it got too hot, the motor is SHOT!!!! it wont turn over and is completely locked up and he stopped paying me what he owes me. I've decided to replace the motor,(and sue the pants off the sorry SOB) i want to put in a 3.2 or 3.5L b/c the 2.7 that was in it was absolute SHT to begin with, but i dont know what all i'll have to replace to put the 3.2/5L into the car. I know so far i'll need a new tranny and computer & harness. Some one help! what else will have to be replaced?!?!?! Any input would be greatly appreciated.
