help pls! T.T

The mechanics around here suck and they can't tell me what this part is...if someone could please help identify this part and where i could get one =(

::: When I shift "A" moves and rubs onto "B"..notice the blue pad thing around it..whoever did this knew it would rub onto that. I think this is the reason for my clanky arse shifting. Anyone know what this line is and which one would be proper for my car? thanks:::

The shifter cable attaches to the tranny there... It is rubbing on your lower radiator hose... I had the same issue while putting my motor back together. What is it you need to replace though? The lower hose?

ahhh.. thank you thank you...yes i need to replace that buti'm not sure which one i need...a 90-94 or a 95-99...i have a 95 talon tsi w/ 6 bolt

Autozone, Napa, Pepboys... Any of those places should carry it.

Thanks, possibly do you know which one i would need? I have a 95 awd talon tsi w/ 6 bolt.... someone said i need a 90-9 lower radiator hose...but i'm just double checking.

Uh, I was able to use my 95-99 lower hose with my 6 bolt swap. 90-94 might work too...
