94 3.8 tbird runs bad and stalls out in the rain if foot not on gas!!

my 94 3.8 liter stalls out when it rains and will only run with foot on the gas,the overdrive light blinks and stays on as well !it runs fine when its not rainin though!!please point me in right direction!
