98 - rear brakes locking up

I've got a 98 Grand AM with 125K miles on it. After the car sits for a while, (especially when it's cold out), when i first drive the car the rear brakes lock up on it as soon as I hit the break pedal. After I drive about 100 yds or so, it fine.
Pads, rotors, drums ... look fine. The rest of the time, the car drives and stops fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ron G.
