v6 to v8

ok i have a 95 v6 mustang and i have wanted power for some time now and so i was gonna sell it and get another one but its in good shape and i just dont know if i wanna part with it .. i also have a 88' ford pickup 5.0 that i am thinking about making it carburated and putting it in .... but my question is will i shell my tranny cuz its a v6 tranny ? ? ? ? thats what i dont know if its weaker or what soo any info would be appreciated ......... thanks

No issues with your V6 to V8 swap, the bell housing is the same. If you go to a modular engine, the bell housing is different because of the starter area.

Almost... there is the electronic speedo sensor and a couple of other TINY changes.
