Door Panels

Can the carpet on the inside of the door panel be removed? And how is it held into place. I want to take it off and have custom vinyl put on but the shop owner needs to know If each piece can be removed.

Same the armrest stuff....i wanna know how to get it off as well

Cant get them off without breaking them they are plastic studs that are melted on the back to hold it in place.
