1995 Eighty Eight LS...No Start???

Found a great 1995 Eighty Eight LS but it just doesn't start. I know there are a few things that do this with these cars but I thought I'd ask for advice here. I know it's not the fuel pump or starter motor. Both are new

Check for spark and fuel pressure, basic diagnostic steps!
