New Owner

Hi All,
Just bought a 1999 VW Cabrio , and I had a couple off questions
I,ve done a bit off reading and Searching , but ......

Its a 1999 Cabrio , GLS
It dident come with any remotes for the Alarm/Keyless Entry, but I do have 2 working Ignition keys

Can I buy a couple off second had remotes off ebay , an do the prog of remotes , with the 2 key method that I found on the forum ?

And is my Car DEF Equiped to handel the remotes ?


Off Course The glove box latch is toast , seems common , and I cant get in to it , so is there a way , no destrutive off getting it open ?

The Changer in the trunk , is pretty hosed , it will play , every now an then , but go to change CD;s and thats it , CD ERR , so i,m assuming just toss it , as i,ve tried cleaning it many times , and get another one ?
