ha ha ha - I'm a newbie but I've been a member since AF was brand new! Funny!!!!

My car is pretty much stock although I do have an AEM.

have a DC Header with a broken weld and that's probably why the best I could do is a 14.7 but the good news is that on Wednesday I will have my new parts installed!!!! new DC Header and New DC TCS Exhaust.
Should be in the 13s without a hitch next visit to the drag strip....

you already runnnig pretty good times 2.20's on 60 foot time.

Keep dreaming you probably do a 14.5-14.6 out off that exahust BUt COME ON 13's

Yeah, ~13 seconds with an exhaust and CAI is a little optimistic. A stock viper runs around 13.2 seconds. And there is no way a rsx can get into viper territory with only a CAI and exhaust. If you drop in a turbocharger, do some lightening, and perhaps some nitrous then 13s would sound more reasonable.

Yeah you can do some head work... raise rev line to 9K....some toda cams....LSD...Drag tires and maybe you get low 14 or maybe 13.9... or just get a 100 shot nitrous and you there hehehe.

i agree dont know what planet :alien: think you got off but come on Viper 13.2 and you gona hit 13's with intake and exhaust hehehe

Angry Here's the deal

I am borrowing slicks on 15" rims for the next set of runs

I am taking out as much weight as possible short of stripping out all of the interior. All the sound deadening material will be gone as well as light weight battery and carbon fiber hood.

My plan to get into the 13s all motor is with Hondata ECU tuning and their intake manifold gasket and a test pipe.

I was losing power with my broken header but I have a new header now and the DC TCS exhaust which is 50lbs itself but the good news is that 80% of that weight is the muffler section so I can run open at the resonator and get more top end and save weight!

let's recap - slicks - I can pull off a 1.9 or even a 1.8! 4 tenths there
14.3 - we're getting there.......

20 more HP and less weight by say 150lbs - 3 more tenths.

that along with the perfect run in cold night time desert air.

I'm sorry if you all think I'm reaching on this one but if you check out clubrsx.com - you'll find out there are at least 3 people hitting 14.1
with full interior and the only mods being a CAI and Hondata ECU with gasket and of course stickier tires and they are running without a muffler!

My car is hitting 96+mph through the traps as of today! a 100mph pass is usually in the high 13s - I'll do it and I will come back here and post the slip for you! RECOGNIZE!

**UPDATE**

New fastest time with the new exhaust and new header on.

I had a run with a 2.105 60ft time but the rest of the run was terrible - 2 bounces off the rev limiter in 2nd and a miss shift into 3rd killed it but I did pull off a 16.2 with a fairly decent run and backed it up with several other 14.6s and low 14.70.
