Exclamation Keyless keypad problem

On my moms 2000 Expedition when we put the factory code into the keypad nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what might cause this and what I might be able to do to fix this problem? Thanks in a advance.

Re: Keyless keypad problem

It could be that the keypad function is disabled. There is a way to enable or disable this function. The instructions are in your owners manual. I don't have mine here with me so I couldn't tell you right know. I will try to post it later for you, no promises. Good luck!
