94 pa high idle,lack of power.

I would really appreciate if anybody could help out. I just bought this vehicle it's idling at 2000 rpm then drops to 700 rpm in gear also chokes when I accelerate,can't drive it on road,replaced plugs, maf sensor,fuel filter and 1 corroded coil tower ,fuel pressure is 45 psi.

You need to find someone who has an OBD 1.5 capable scanner and give us the TPS, EGR & MAP sensor readings and any set codes. Is this car an Ultra, or standard PA? High idle, may be any of the above.
