Grand Am Gas Cap Door

I have a '99 Grand Am and the gas cap door almost rotates vertically. With a little pressure it will rotate about 15 degrees either way. It seems like something is not bolted down in there correctly and it won't snap shut anymore or lay flat against the car as it should. How can I check out the problem with this?

There are a couple of nuts in that chamber but I'm not sure what those will unlock for me to actually see the mounting piece.

yeah its not suposed to rotate

Thiers just two phillips screw holding on the hinge.
Theirs some other spring crap on the inside....
I'll see if I can get a pic of the inside lator !
