Question

radio

just purchased this 96 suburban. has a new pioneer radio/cd and the speakers keep cutting out. radio has power and continues to play but no sound. can anyone help?

Thats classis GM issue.

It will be intermittant.

There is a loose or split wire somewhere by the speakers.
