no controls

My 2003 impala has no radeo or cruse on wheel. All fuses are good.also no lights on control buttons

I dunno if you noticed, but the car has 3 fuse boxes. One on the passenger side, one on the driver side, and one under the hood. Recheck all three. Otherwise, you have a major problem...
