No rear A/C after replacing battery???
Should have expected this.....I just made my last payment on my 2003 Tahoe, and within one week I have to replace the battery. No biggie.....but 2 days after replacing battery, I notice the rear AC isn't functioning. At all. After surfing the net for a bit, i have noticed others having this same issue. Any solutions? Hopefully a fuse? I haven't checked anything yet, sure hate to have to call the chevy hospital and spend lots of $$$. Help!

Check the fuses and then pressure test the A/C system.

Re: No rear A/C after replacing battery???
I just checked the fuses, they look good. I only found one fuse that was labeled for AC, but checked a few others. How do I pressure test the AC, or is this something that I can have an automotive place do pretty quickly and easily? Thanks for your reply.

Re: No rear A/C after replacing battery???
You should be able to go to any auto shop that works on a/c and they will run a test for you. It is quick. But sometime prices. Call around in your area.

Re: No rear A/C after replacing battery???
This might be a little late. If the front is working and the back isn't it might be the expansion valve in the rear unit. The same thing happened in my suburban.
