Name That Part

IM LOOKING FOR A PART FOR MY WHIP GOES FROM THE WIRE HARNESS THAT HOOKS UP TO EVERYTHING UNDER THE HOOD TO THE ENGINE.
THIS IS THE CONNECTION OFF THE HARNESS. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT PART THIS IS.
