Unhappy Help need power seat switch for 89 caprice

Help me! I have searched junk yards in 4 different countries trying to find a power seat switch for a 89 caprice passenger side. I actually only need the plastic top that holds the switch in the door, but I dont know if it is seperate. This switch is interchangeable,(I think) with several gm models 88 to 90 something. thanks

4 countries! WOW! Now that's going out of your way!

The part should be interchangeable between 1977 and 1990 so that should open your range a little. The plastic is a part of the switch, unfortunately, so you will have to get a switch. You may even be able to get one at the Dorman (Motormite/HELP!) section in an auto parts place such as Autozone, NAPA etc.

PS, welcome aboard!
