2006 a/c problem=

when starting it with a cold motor the a/c will not blow cold air untill you put it in drive and go up the road.

Are you saying if you sit still for 10 minutes and then move the a/c is not cooling until the truck is moving? Or is it a quick put into gear and move? Does it warm up when you stop in traffic, or does it still cool OK?

I'm sorry to hear about your concerns with your 2006 Expedition. I’m not aware of an air conditioning concern of this type with the Expedition. I would recommend that you take your vehicle to your dealership to investigate.
