it looks good but I know of at least one person who has had carbon fiber break down in direct sunlight. i dont know if this happens with all carbon fiber but someone i know had a e-brake handle made out of CF and after it was in the sun it crumbled and broke off in his hand.

i think that was just that specific handle. i mean they make CF hoods. even though they are covered with a protective layer, they would stll break down if CF disintegraded in the sun
