2002 - Coincidence or JiffyLube's f*ck up???

Here's one for all the gurus out there:

Took my 2002 into Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Also had the transmission flushed and air filter changed. On my way home from JiffyLube and suddenly it feels like I hit a bump in the road, yet, there is no bump and it wasn't a vertical motion as if I hit a bump either but that's the best way I can describe it, a horizontal bump. It happens again a minute later. I start paying attention to figure out what's happening:

The car accelerates without a problem. If I stay under approximately 35mph, there is no bump/hit. When I go over 35mph and when the car decelerates (either by braking or without braking) as soon as it crosses 35mph is when the bump happens and it's happening everytime when decelerating from above 35 mph.

I took the car back to JiffyLube today for them to fix whatever they did. They could not find any problems and said that all the hoses and plugs were connected as they should be.

I know there's a possibility that this is just a crazy coincidence that the car was fine before Jiffy Lube and now theres a problem, but I highly doubt it.. What could have happened during the time they were doing this routine service? My Dad thinks it could possibly be a motor mount issue if it's not transmission related.

JiffyLube advised us to take the car to a transmission shop for a free diagnosis of the problem, hence the reason I'm posting this thread.

If anyone can shed some light on the situation, it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

That transmission flush may have lodged a piece of sludge or what not some place it shouldn't be.

The guy at Jiffy Lube said something about sludge too. This doesn't make sense to me. If the system is "flushed," shouldn't that remove sludge?

Could've been a piece that was to large to flush or simply got hung up or wedged someplace.

Wasn't sludge. Turns out JL put the WRONG transmission fluid into the car and that is what caused the problem. Thanks to the internet, I found some reviews on an honest transmission shop in the area, took in there and he told us what the problem was immediately. The fix was to add some other kind of additive that somehow converts it to the right fluid. Next stop, JiffyLube to get my money back!
