04 Malibu Speed LImit and Supercharge

Does anyone have an idea where or how can I remove the speed limiter of my Malibu or at least jack it up to 140mph?
Also, has anyone supercharged an 04? this is the new model. i would like to know if it is worthy in HP as well as MPG
