Locks Clicking

Okay...My 97 Chevy Blazer which I have pretty much replaced everything on it at one time or another. My problems is which nobody seems to have a clue is my check engine light will come on and my locks will click on and off and my truck is hesitant to go. I have to put it in 1st and slowly shift into drive. My key will also not come out. It wont turn all the way to be able to take it out and i have to click the locks myself and move key back and fourth a few times before it comes out ...and sometimes it wont at all. Even when the truck is off and in the drive way...the locks will click off and on. Always have to make sure i have spare key with me.

Doesnt happen all the time (especially when I take it to get looked at). It will do it for a few days and then all of sudden just stop. The light will go out and it runs like a dream. Has this every happened to anyone else and what the problem might be?

Re: Locks Clicking

Kinda sounds like an ignition switch problem.
