Lets talk Japanese now....

Which is the best Japanese Manufacturer???

Back in the 80s, everyone would have said Datsun (Nissan). Frankly the Toyotas back then were to the standards of the cars coming from China. Build quality and reliability and durability were one of the key issues then.

Now however, Toyota has stepped up. They've produced good cars and have a got a name for being the virtually "Maintenance Free" car. You could give it hell and it will still keep on going. I know this for a fact because I've seen it.

I can vouch for Mazda though. My dad drove an '83 323 hatch when I was a kid. He kept it well and it never gave us a problem. There were times that parts used to fall off the car while on the run, but it never stopped. Not once... My dad liked it so much that later on he bought a new '99 323.

What about Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Honda???? I can't say much about them...

I'm not talking about which is the fastest.... I know alot will take Honda for the Civic and the "Fast & Furious" theme.

I want to know....
  1. Build Quality
  2. Reliability & Durability
  3. Maintenance
  4. Comfort
