stealing some seats

ok so im a dumbass for doing this but im going to... theres a civic at some local shop and i might get the seats and the gauge cluster. but i dont know how to take off the seats and the cluster. i want to know before i go do this. does anybody know to take them off????

i hope i dont get caught
