Hot jeep
My jeep gets up to average temperature kind of fast, and stays hot long after I shut it off. It does NOT overheat, it just gets hot and stays hot. Also, a couple of the hoses get really pressurized, almost as hard as bike tires. I think those are related, but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Hot jeep
Do a thorough cooling system check.
Test the theromostat first. Drain the radiator and see how it flows. Check the clutch fan. How are radiator fins as far as the corrosion is concerned? Use a thermometer to very the temperature, not the gage in the car. |
