2002 Neon SXT

I just purchased a 2002 Dodge Neon SXT. The car was from PA and is now in NY. Two questions. 1- I need a Front License Plate mounting box for the front bumper. Whice years will fit this car? Is the SXT bumper different from the base car? Any idea's about mounting the front plate without the black box? 2- I only received one key fob. If I get another from e-bay, can I match this one to the car myself, or will I have to go to the dealer to get it done. Thanks.

You should be able to use a mounting plate from 00-02. I think the 03 is when they changed the body style.
